1. The main raw materials used for 3PE anti-corrosion are polyethylene and polypropylene.
2. Epoxy resin anticorrosion mainly applies epoxy resin composite coating, phenolic epoxy coating and polymer composite material.
3. Epoxy coal tar pitch anticorrosion mainly uses asphalt anticorrosive paint and polypropylene non-woven fabric.
4. Cement mortar is mainly suitable for anticorrosion of cement mortar.
5. Cold winding tape refers to adhesive tape used for anti-corrosion winding. Cold winding tape generally includes polyethylene (composite) anti-corrosion tape, polypropylene reinforced fiber anti-corrosion tape, aluminum foil anti-ultraviolet anti-corrosion tape, polyethylene 660 (modified asphalt) tape, double-sided adhesive anti-corrosion inner tape (this tape is rarely used in China, but it is very practical and widely used abroad and is generally used for export) and epoxy coal asphalt anti-corrosion tape. The executive standard is SY/T 0414-98 and SY/T0447-96.
6. Generally, heat shrinkable tape is used for joint coating of anti-corrosion steel pipe
It is designed for the corrosion protection of buried and overhead steel pipe joints and the insulation of insulated pipes. It is composed of radiation cross-linked polyolefin substrate and special sealing hot melt adhesive, special sealing hot melt adhesive and polyolefin substrate, steel pipe surface and solid epoxy coating can form a good bond.
The characteristics of cold winding belt and 3PE heat shrinkable belt are: applicable to the main anti-corrosion layer pipeline of various materials, while other methods are applicable to the main anti-corrosion layer pipeline of the same or close to the material.
