Anticorrosive steel pipe refers to the steel pipe that has been processed by anti-corrosion technology, which can effectively prevent or slow down the corrosion of chemical or electrochemical reactions during transportation and use.

However, we still don't know much about the anti-corrosion methods and processes of various anti-corrosion steel pipes. We introduce several common anti-corrosion methods, such as 2PE/3PE anti-corrosion, 2PP/3PP anti-corrosion, buried anti-corrosion of fire-fighting pipelines, anti-corrosion of steel-plastic composite pipes, enhanced anti-corrosion of underground pipelines, anti-corrosion of epoxy coal anti-corrosion steel pipes, and anti-corrosion of pe anti-corrosion steel pipes.
1. 2PE/3PE anti-corrosion method:
The bottom layer of the three-layer PE is epoxy coating, the middle layer is polymer adhesive, and the surface layer is polyolefin. The adhesive may employ a modified polyolefin containing polar groups grafted to the carbon bond backbone of the polyolefin. In this way, the adhesive can not only melt with the surface unmodified polyolefin, but also use the polar group to cure the epoxy resin. The characteristic of this combination is that the best bond strength can be achieved between the three coatings, and the properties and characteristics of each layer make the three coatings complementary. It is characterized by high cost and complex process.
First layer of epoxy powder (FBE>100um)(epoxy powder> 100um means greater than 100 microns)
Second layer adhesive (AD)170 ~ 250um
The third layer of polyethylene (PE)2.5~3.7mm. The three materials are integrated and firmly combined with the steel pipe to form an excellent anti-corrosion layer.
3PE anti-corrosion layer combines the anti-corrosion performance of fused epoxy powder with the anti-mechanical scratch protection performance of polyethylene, and solves the market problem of polyethylene. Due to the poor adhesion of the hot melt adhesive, the peeled polyethylene has a shielding effect on the cathodic protection. The 3PE anti-corrosion layer has high requirements on the surface treatment state of the pipe, and the anchor depth should reach 50μm ~ 75μm. No side will affect the anti-cathodic disbonding and waterproof penetration ability of the anti-corrosion layer.
